Celeste has two decades of experience translating research into beloved products. As an early hire at Impossible Foods, she built their innovation department from the ground up and ultimately served as interim Chief Science Officer. Celeste was instrumental in creating their plant-based meat products and flavor inventions. Previously, she led research programs in Enzymology, Biochemistry, Genetics, and Environmental Science. Celeste now leverages her expertise to help founders develop high-impact companies.
